INNATE WORTH
You have no need to be validated by others, for your very existence proves your innate worth and importance.
UN-REALITY: I must prove my worth and importance by my good behavior and outstanding accomplishments. I must be approved and accepted by others.
REALITY: I CANNOT PROVE OR DISPROVE MY WORTH BY WHAT I DO, for I am not my actions. My very existence proves my innate worth and importance.
AFFIRMATIONS
I realize I am a perfect, non-physical being - totally worthy and without fault.
I realize I am totally worthy and deserve to "feel good," for it is my birthright to "feel good."
DISCARDING THE ERRONEOUS BELIEFS
What prevents us from accepting ourself totally and unconditionally?

It is impossible to prove or disprove our worth by what we do, for we are not our actions, achievements, mistakes, defeats or failures.

I do not allow personal comparisons to affect my sense of worth.
I do not try to prove my worth by my accomplishments.
